in the past 9 years i have seen and heard total unfairness fron child services.
my two first cases are daphne roberts and amanda george. as much as i cant stand the kind of people they are and the lifestyles they live i dont believe in my heart theyre children should have been taken from them.
in daphne's case while i was there her family was all goody goody with her, until they either got mad at her or they wanted something she could not provide. then just to spite her they would call children services on her everytime. which is hardly fair in my book.
the social workers told daphne she was to do certain things and she would get them back. this was in 2004 and she still has yet to get them back!
amanda george is my second case her oldest son left the door open. and her 2 year old got out while she was in the bathroom. her fiance at the time usually took the 2 year old with him when he left so she gave no thought of it. until a cop showed up at the door holding her son. mind you the biological father wanted nothing to do with the 2 oldest was not around for 7 years of theyre life even though he was offered.
they arrested mandi and took her children giving them to the biological father. she was told by the social worker who was rude and refused to hear her side to the point the ex fiance got in the social workers face. come court for custody she brought the paper to the judge showing she was doing what was told to do. the father admitted he had not seen the children and had no income was living with his mother who was on a breathing machine. and that she was taking care of them. and to boot he was in jail at the time of court for non child support for another child.
i had moved mandi in with us 4 incomes a 5 bedroom house and a huge basement. yet the judge gave him custody of the children.
my next case is shannon and my daughter Hannah. she lived on her own with my daughter because at the time i wasn't aware i was the father. she made friends and one of them ran up her phone bill. shannon demanded her to give her the money to pay the bill. and out of spite the woman call child services. they showed and asked why they were even there they had no reason to even be there.
she moved out of state shannons mother called the law and forced her to sign temporary custody over to them. she was never proven unfit and was never taken to court because the attorney of the grandparents said they didnt have a case.
then finally they went to court and john davis who is a cop and had no business even being there because he is shannons uncle and thats a conflict of interest. handed the judge a package and the judge handed over custody to shannons mother.
a few years later shannon moved in with her family to be close to Hannah and shannons stepfather raped her right in front of shannons 2 year old son then crawled in bed naked with 5 year old Hannah.
shannhon and hannah both tried to tell shannons mother what happened and she went and crawled in bed with him. to this day they have custody of Hannah nothing has been done about the rape.
and we found out not long ago a week after the rape they adopted hannah behind her back with out shannon knowing or signing anything. the rape kit has vanished and never even made it to the evedince room.
so i gotta ask is this how our justice system is supposed to work? in my eyes these cases are enough to know something is very very wrong

bekki sowebry and melissa earnest and the national enquire
i have seen a lot of post regarding this little triangle so let me set it straight
bekki sowerby asked me for mine and Caseys messages telling me i needed to hurry and give her everything i had so she could use it to help Casey. at the time i had never heard of melissa earnest. so being the trusting loyal friend i am i gave them to her. well months later i got curious and i typed my name online. and found the daymare blog. stating that i was in cahoots with Cindy Anthony Bekki and Melissa to be blunt it pissed me off. because it was lies and bullshit i contacted the owner of daymare and explained to them that i had nothing to do with that little national enquire escapade. and that i have not even spoken to Cindy Anthony. and they removed the blog. i found melissa earnests email a jumped her ass for it. and jumped bekki because it was lies. but honestly i have not one bad thing to say about bekki melissa or anybody. outside of the Casey story bekki and melissa are actually very nice people with a heart of gold and so are the Anthony family. all the frustration confusion and misleading information made everyone envolved in the matter crazy at times encluding me. but i was not and never will be envolved in anything that requires cashing in on anybody. not my style.

Why did i defend Casey Anthony
well let me put it in perspective so the truth finally is known.
in october of 2008 right after she was arrested i hired people to find Caylee. one of them has ties and is in very good with the officers within the OCSO. she got information from an officer in that jail. stating that there was no chloroform or dna in the trunk and that the hair found was mitochondrial. it belonged to Cindy Anthony. not Caylee. that it was a scare tactic used by the OCSO to make Casey confess. and they they themselves could not figure out why they were doing that!
this was in october of 2008 remeber that.
now its claimed that a gatoraid bottle with chloroform in it and a needle were found and had been used to kill Caylee. which in turn would also mean it had been there for six months. if thats the case explain this.the area was flooded. what does a bottle do when thrown in a lake? and 100 mile an hour winds can blow the roof off a house. and im asking in commen sense. what would happen if a bottle was on top of water and it was hit by 100 mile an hour winds?
it would float and be picked up and thrown to god knows where. at the end of the trial the person who testified about the computer searches for chloroform did it again and this time found no searches at all. he tried to contact the prosecution and was ignored.
yes Casey lied to the police and there is no excuse for it. but the police and media lied as well.
im the kind of person who is fair straight down the middle.so i have nothing bad to say about Casey her family. the OCSO or any of you.
yes i spent well over 800 mill out of my inheritence on this case i have everything i need to prove it as well. and im not going to sue her or say anything bad about her. all im saying is im not going to the media i havn't in 3 years time with all the information i have had and im not going to now. i dont want fame or popularity.
im happy just knowing all the money time and effort i put into this case. payed off i saved another life. i have nothing bad to say about any of you or them. except saving lives is what i do and will continue to do so. taking someones life in the name of another doesn't bring justice. it descraces that persons name. and makes those who take the life of the accused no better. two wrongs dont make a right.
i also want everyone to know that as much as you all hate me. and despise me without any knowledge of what kind of person i truly am. if you were wrongly convicted or accused without any kind of fairness id be right there to do the same thing i did for her for you as well.
so do me a favor before you judge and bash and drag my name through the mud. get to know me. see for yourself if im really the horrible bastard you think i am. you might be surprised.
